Accommodation and Travel
Delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.
The Congress will not be able help with or provide financial assistance for any travel or hotel expenses. Reasonably priced accommodation is available at SRMC Annexe, adjoining the congress venue.

Food
The Registration fee includes the Congress Dinner and Coffee/Tea and snacks.
The Congress Food Court will serve vegetarian/vegan food on payment.
North Indian, South Indian and Continental Cuisine will be available.
